Although Harry Potter did indeed defeat Lord Voldemort in 1998, Hogwarts was never reopened. Now, Mackenzie Bartlett and her husband, Benjamin have decided to open the school in honor of their daughters' 11th birthday. However, there is rumor of a new Dark Lord on the periphery of the Wizarding World. Does the Wizarding World stand on the brink of another war? What does this mean to the rebuilding of Hogwarts?
